Helpers
We’re so excited to be celebrating this magical day with all the people we love and that includes your little ones!
Our wedding is absolutely child-friendly and we’ve planned a few thoughtful touches to help make the day joyful and comfortable for guests of all ages.
On this page, you’ll find helpful details to make planning easier for parents, like what to expect on the day, kid-friendly food options, quiet spaces and a few festive surprises to keep the tiniest guests entertained. Whether your child is a dancing elf or a shy snowflake, we want them to feel welcome and included in the celebration.

Entertainment
We want your little ones to have just as much fun as you do the lovely team from The Wedding Sitters will be providing gentle, engaging entertainment throughout the day and we’ll also have a few extra bits and pieces to help keep children happy and busy. With space to play and lots of new friends to make, we hope they’ll have a wonderful time creating their own special memories while you relax and enjoy the festivities.
Ceremony
There will be a small space to the side of the ceremony room where you’re welcome to park pushchairs or take a quieter seat if you need a little more room. Please feel completely comfortable doing whatever works best for you and your children during the ceremony we understand little ones have their own rhythms. The Wedding Sitters will also be nearby and happy to lend a hand if you need any support.
Naps & Routine
We know little ones have their own routines, so please do whatever feels right for your child. Pushchair naps are absolutely fine, and there will be a quiet space upstairs if they need a calmer moment, this area just needs to be supervised. There’s no set “head to bed” time, and children are welcome to keep enjoying the celebrations. The Wedding Sitters will be with us until 9pm, after which you can let your little ones wind down or keep partying as they wish.
Dress Code
Children are welcome to follow the same smart formal dress code as the adults and we can’t wait to see them in their best outfits. You’re welcome to bring spare clothes if you’d like, though there’s nothing especially messy planned and everything is indoors, apart from the option to wander over and see the animals on site if they fancy a little adventure.
