We’re thrilled to have The Wedding Sitters with us to help make the day extra magical for our smallest guests. They’re specialist wedding childcare providers who create cosy, engaging play spaces and for our Christmas wedding, they’ll be adding a sprinkle of festive fun with Christmassy activities for little ones to enjoy throughout the day. Expect a warm Cosy Corner, cheerful play area and plenty of seasonal entertainment to keep tiny elves happy.
Their team is fully insured, DBS‑checked, and made up of qualified childcare professionals, including specialists in ASD and Additional Learning Needs. With backgrounds in nurture teaching, ASD provision and therapeutic support, they’re wonderfully skilled at creating calm, adaptable spaces that suit a wide range of needs on a big, exciting day.

Would you like to use The Wedding Sitters?
We’ll have three nannies with us on the day. Because The Wedding Sitters work to strict child‑to‑nanny ratios (just like a nursery or daycare), they won’t be able to offer one‑to‑one care. Instead, they’ll be creating a safe, supervised and festive play space that children can dip in and out of throughout the day. To make sure they can provide the best possible experience for your little ones, they’ll need a consent form in advance, along with a few details about your child and your preferences. Nappy changing will remain the responsibility of parents, unless you indicate on the form that you’re happy for the team to assist.
Everything is designed to be flexible and led by whatever you feel comfortable with, but to help the nannies plan appropriately, it’s really helpful for us to know in advance who intends to use the service.
